Using our online order tracking system, you can view the status of your translation orders 24 hours a day. How does it work? Whenever you order from Global Translations, the translation project is assigned a unique job ticket number in our system. The job ticket includes the details of the order such as the source and destination languages, the agreed price, the delivery time, project manager contact information and other pertinent data. Our tracking system generates automated reminders by way of email messages, to both the client and the translators, in order to ensure timely delivery of the translation. And the client can log in to our secure, password protected area at all times to view the status of the translation project which is updated in real time.
